Let me start by saying thank you for all the encouraging words thus far...Keep them coming because I am sure I will need them.:-) Also, I may not be able to document everything, everday but I will make updates as my schedule permits. After all, I do work full time and I have two young men that keep me busy. lol
So..I am on day 2 of this journey and it's still early but I think I am on the right track. The 1st day I had bootcamp with Liz and my trainer Sonya. I sat down with Sonya to discuss my plans/goals. I was weighed and measured(I hate that part!), but I know it has to be done.I should be receiving my meal plan and workout by the end of the week. I will have to weigh in and measure every two weeks but I won't post my results until I am a month in so I can share with you my progress in the first month. Today was the 2nd day and I did 45 minutes of cardio on the treadmill.
For the past two days I have only eaten healthy and I am ensuring that I am eating every 2-3 hours. My biggest downfall is going to be my water consumption but I am working on that. So far I feel pretty good but I am sore as hell. Walking up and down the steps today is a KILLER...I swear I am walking like an old person..lol...I even hesitate to go to the bathroom because it hurts to sit down...TMI I know but it's true..lol....On my way from the gym I stopped and bought some Epsom salt and bubble bath....Needless to say, I lit some candles and ran a nice, hot, epsom salt bubble bath.lol...It felt GREAT!!! I think Epsom salt is going to be my new best friend. Well, that's all for now I have bootcamp in the morning....Until next time....
